Easy Yummy Rolls
1 C melted butter
2 C hot water
2 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix all of the above ingredients together and then
add 2 Tbsp yeast. Let sit until it begins to bubble (about 15 min). Add 6-6 1/2
cups flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix well, let rise until double, (about 1
hour). Punch down, roll out, and form rolls desired. Let rise 1-2 hours. Bake
11-15 min or until golden brown at 375-400. Top
with butter while hot. Yummy! Make about 4 dozen. For the crescents, roll 1/4
or 1/3 of dough into 14" circle, cut like pizza and roll!
